Warranty & Shipping
Advecan Bikes comes with a 12-month warranty against defects from the manufacturer.
Electrical parts include the battery, motor, pedal assist sensor, LCD screen and throttle. These parts are can be easily replaced by the user. If a problem is found, our team will provide the necessary support to resolve the problem. If the problem isn't solved Advecan Bikes will replace the defective part free of charge.
Advecan E-Bike warranty only covers mechanical parts that were damaged at the time of shipping the product. The warranty does not cover mechanical parts that are damaged as a result of using the product, including brakes, tires, suspension, pedals, and gears.
Further, this warranty does not cover:
•Damage or failure from abuse, misuse, or accidents.
•Damage resulting from improper charging of the battery or use of any charger not supplied by Advecan Bikes.
Installation of any electrical components not originally supplied by Advecan E-Bike will void the warranty.
Returns of Unused Bikes:
Unused bikes are eligible for a refund within 7 days starting from the day you receive your bike. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning an open box isn't possible.
Your bike will ship within 1-3 business days once your order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number when your new bike leaves our warehouse.
